Experience the excitement of our public outdoor markets three times a year, in March, November and December. Discover a mix of old and new treasures as you stroll through rows of temporary tent boutiques curated by local vendors. This is a day for all to enjoy, so bring your family, friends & pets and join us for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. All Adjectives outdoor markets are held at Adjectives Altamonte, located at 1200 E. Altamonte Drive in Altamonte Springs. Parking is available on-site in our Adjectives parking lot. 

Become A Market Vendor

This is a unique opportunity for you to showcase your talents! If you're a local artist, collector, or creator we invite you to join us at one or both of our Outdoor Markets! Past experience selling at market shows or in vintage and antique spaces is not required but can be very helpful.

Vendor spaces available: (20) Table Only Spaces under the overhang in front of the store OR (20)  10'x10' Pop Up Tent Spaces right outside of the overhang area.  Each space is $25.00. You must provide your own tent or canopy for open spaces. Power is not available. Specific spaces and special requests are not guaranteed. Once you are approved to participate in the market, you must pay your fee online from the approved link you will get in your confirmation email. You must provide bags for purchases made at your booth.

Registered non-profit organizations focused on community benefit are welcome to participate at no charge for donation-based fundraising. Please inform us of your non-profit status when filling out the application form below.

FAQ

Do I need a tent?

Yes tents are required if you are choosing a space that is NOT under the overhang.  This is to protect you and customers from heat. Tents must be no larger than 10'x10' and must be weighed down for safety. You may use a tent of any color.

Are there restrictions on displays, how many tables / fixtures, etc?

As long as customers can safely access the merchandise in your space, your space is yours to use as you wish.

What if I need more space?

Please note in your application that you are requesting two spaces. If space is available, we may be able to provide you with two adjacent 10'x10' spaces.

What time do we set up?

Setup begins at 8:30 a.m. You don't need to be there at 8:30 a.m. if you dont need a lot of setup time but you must be all set up by 10:00 a.m. when the event starts.

What times am I required to be there?

You (or another adult) must be present at all hours in your space during the event, until the market ends at 5 p.m.. The store closes at 7 p.m., so you will have plenty of time to pack up.

How many people will be in attendance?

Attendance can vary depending on weather or other factors, but we typically have around 2,000 attendees over the course of the day.

Do I need to put price tags on my items?

You may price your items as you wish. We recommend a transparent, straightforward and easy-to-understand pricing structure.

How do I take payments?

You may take payments in your space, but please note that the City of Altamonte Springs requires sellers to have a business license for direct sales to the public. If you do not have a business license, any sales you conduct directly with the public are at your own risk. You may also send customers inside to our registers to pay, but please note that if you do so, we will deduct 15% to cover staff time and credit card fees. Checks for sales proceeds are issued on the normal Adjectives vendor check cycle.

Is my market vendor fee refundable?

No, market vendor fees are not refundable, but may be applied towards participation in a future outdoor market.
