SHIPPING RATES AND SERVICES
For most products that can be shipped via standard package delivery services (such as the post office or UPS), shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based upon the size of your order. Shipping on paint purchases over $125 to the Continental United States is free! You'll see these options at checkout. Please note that UPS Ground is still ground service and may not necessarily be faster. Free local pick-up is also available at our locations where products are in stock (each product's page indicates where pickup is possible).
BULKY AND HEAVY ITEMS
For bulky or heavy items like furniture that cannot be sent via package delivery, we ship via freight carrier (or local delivery via our own trucks if you're in Central Florida). Furniture deliveries may be free depending upon the size of your order. The cost for freight can vary, so we'll get a freight quote for you before shipping any items of this type. You can also arrange for your own pick-up for furniture items.
PACKAGING AND HANDLING
Unless otherwise stated in the product description all orders ship from our store within 1 business day. If we receive your order before 3 p.m. ET (or 12 p.m. on Saturdays), we'll do our best to get it out the same day. If for any reason we cannot ship in 1 business day, we will contact you. Please note that this time frame is for processing your order and packing, and does not include the transit time to you. We can't ship on days when USPS is closed, which includes all Federal Holidays and Sunday. Please note that USPS package tracking is not always regularly updated, and this is beyond our control.
